4. Luxury AmenityGardens – Yes, this has become a luxury amenity because they are hard to find. Greenery somehow manages to lift our moods and create a safer vibe. This is because we as humans, no matter how much we crave for the concrete jungle, nature will always dwell within. Plus we need the oxygen.

5. Relevant AmenityConnectivity – Now public transport need not be in abundance like the crowded cities out there. However, the presence of trains, buses, and taxis will help save excessive use of petrol by private cars. So, transport mixed with easy connectivity can really make a difference. Work, friends, relatives and more – all become easier to meet and manage when connecting through transport and yes connectivity.
