Gurugram - The City of Glass Facades

M3M India: Best Real Estate Developer

The millennium city and the home to many Fortune 500 companies Gurugram can be viewed under the same umbrella as the city of New York. Parallels that one can draw between the two cities are that both cities are a hub of growth and flourishing careers and both can be seen donning the finest architecture. The most common exterior form that one can see on these structural wonders is Glass Facade.

Let us quickly understand what glass facade means-

The origins of the word lie in the French language, it translates into the ‘front face’ and when one uses glass for the exteriors of a building it becomes a glass facade. This not only adds to the aesthetic value of the project but also helps with as much natural light as possible. Thus, contributing to sustainability.

Unlike many international cities, glass facades are commonly seen amongst the commercial spaces in Gurugram. Most commercial buildings are located across Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and many can be viewed while driving through the NH8. These structures not only give you a global real estate experience but also adds grandeur and repute to the business.

Most business hubs located on the Golf Course Road proudly carry this form of frontage which gives the entire road a glorious look. In the day, these structures are illuminated by the reflection of the natural light and at night, the external lights transcend the glasses, giving out the most scintillating external view.

Moving on to the new growth corridor i.e. Golf Course Extension Road which exhibits over 10 commercial spaces that carry facades made of glass in the finest form. Most of them have been constructed by M3M, the no.1 real estate developer in India.

Commercial spaces seem to have been engulfed by this architectural form due to the aesthetic and ecological contribution but one is yet to see this trend being practiced in the residential spaces.

So far only one developer which is M3M, the no.1 real estate developer in India can be seen setting the trend of using glass for exteriors even for residential spaces. It can be seen particularly in their projects such as M3M Sky Suites and M3M Latitude in which the top deck flaunts a clear floor-to-ceiling glass along with that their upcoming global luxury project Trump Towers Delhi NCR showcases the finest glass facade across the clubhouse and residences.

Looking at the expansive skyline of the city, one can safely predict that Gurugram will soon be at par or transcend the structural finesse incorporated in the city of New York.
